  Terrible.
  
  I was reluctant to go there after they fired my cousin because he had turned 18 and didn't want to increase his wage.
  
  However, my stepdaughter had been invited to a party so I bit the bullet. We brought out 2 year old stepson too who we had to pay the same rate as an adult to later find that we couldn't go in and supervise him... We had to leave him in the hands of the staff that are under 18 and looking after 20+ kids at a time. I am sure they do a wonderful job but can not adequately look after that many kids.
  
  I would recommend looking at an alternative for a party or a play date.

  I was totally disappointed with jump crazys apparent disco night also I found manager to be a pig! Nowhere did it state that tonight is $31 instead of the normal $25 as stated!
  I spoke to other parents who were also very disappointed by jumps effects!!
  Total let down especially for the price and no parents allowed on the floor to take pic of their children .
  I only gave 1 star as I had to
