We are locals and dine here a lot and have never ever had a bad dining experience and neither have our friends! One does start to question if these negative reviews are legit or if you have even been there !!
The food is great, always fresh and served hot, I personally have seen the staff go above and beyond what they should to make people's experience a positive one. Just last weekend we sat right near the till and every single customer was asked for feedback and everyone said it was great, if you have a problem then tell them when they ask!!! don't be gutless and jump online and complain what's the point ?
