Times where you are waiting in plain silence and wondering if they're still there. "Finding" the pizza on the menu after you place your order? Not listening when you spell out your name and repeat your phone number. Not asking how you would like to pay before almost ending the call. It's a joke. The staff need to be trained on better phone skills. Especially if you have to wait 40 minutes for one pizza.May 23, 2017
